Back from Baltimore, MD
I made it back from my business trip safe and sound! I feel like I picked up a lot of good information and I have a much better picture of what my new responsibilities are. I’m really glad my company was willing to send me out for training!
I also managed to fit in a little fun and photo-taking! *grin* Here’s a shot of the Inner Harbor, the main “tourist” area:
I also had some excellent food while I was there, though I really only took photos of my dinner at Mother’s Federal Hill Grille. I have to admit, it was by far the best looking food I had during my trip, even if I did have a killer piece of capricciosa pizza at Sazzio that I will be dreaming about for months. It was nice to have access to great, fresh seafood, but that as dang good pizza! Anyway…
I had a cup of Maryland Crab Soup, which was good but had more celery than I prefer (it’s a personal thing… my college used to put celery in everything so I got tired of it):
And a seafood dish that I believe was called Delta Crab Stuffed Flounder, but I could be wrong. It was aaawwwwesome!! It was a weekly special item, so you may be out of luck if you’re hoping to try it. Don’t worry, their menu has dozens of delicious sounding things you can have instead!

How’d the flying go?

Very well! The airports weren’t as bad as I imagined they might be, but I suspect that was partially due to the time of my flights. I was first in line for the A.M. security clearance on my way home, heh.
