How the Internet Has Changed Your Life
I dislike talking on the phone. Phones make me feel awkward and tongue-tied. I like to imagine that I’m intelligent, at least on some levels, but phones have this weird habit of zapping my brain to bumbling mush.
When I first learned about the online ordering possibilities for pizza, my world was made brighter. And cheesier. And all around more tasty. I discovered a Chinese restaurant with online ordering about a month ago, and I’m certain my life is now complete. Bad day? There could soon be crab rangoon on the way without using a phone!
I know the internet has changed my life in far more complicated ways, such as introducing me to my IRL husband and best friend, but I seriously love that I can order dinner online and have it delivered to my doorstep. *grin*

I don’t know if you ever use it, but domino’s online ordering flash system amuses me to no end lol
I’ve tried it a couple of times. I tend to like Pizza Hut’s and/or Papa John’s food slightly better though. The day my very favorite place starts taking online order will be an excellent day. Right now I make my husband call in those orders.

We always use the Papa John’s online ordering when we order pizza. I love it. If I never had to use my phone ever again.. I don’t think it would bother me.
<3 This is so me. I love love LOVE being able to do things online rather than talk to someone. I try to make Jeremy call for anything that requires that as well. Just general anxiety I suppose. Sadly we have no places here that do ordering online… much less have a website… so it sucks.
The first time I saw/heard of ordering foods online I was in Texas with Jeremy. He placed it to Dominos and I was just astounded.
I love that you kept this simple. And I am the same way, I dislike phones. I always feel stupid when I’m asked to repeat myself when ordering take out. I actually had one guy that didn’t understand me saying ‘Saint James street’ and I ended up having to hang up on him because he just didn’t seem to understand or hear anything. It’s amazing how much less stress and more enjoyment you can have with non-phone ordered take out.
